WILLIAM E. LEWIS
 

Bill received a B.S.E.E. degree from New York Institute of Technology in 1986 and a J.D. degree from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College, magna cum laude, in 1995. Bill was an Electrical Engineer with Grumman Aerospace Corporation and Northrop Grumman Corporation from 1986 through 1994, where he designed radar, flight and weapons simulation systems. While attending Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center as an evening student, Bill continued to work full time for Grumman as an engineer and was also a member of the Touro Law Review. Bill graduated salutatorian of his law school's evening division. Bill's primary areas of practice include patent prosecution in a wide range of electrical and computer-related technologies, including but not limited to speech and video signal processing, communications, software, semiconductor memories and radar systems. Bill is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Bill is a member of several associations, including the New York and American Intellectual Property Law Associations, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the American and New York State Bar Associations.
