WAYNE L. ELLENBOGEN
 

Wayne received a B.S.E.C.E degree from Clarkson University in 1986, an M.S.E.E. degree from Polytechnic University in 1993, and a J.D. degree from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in 1997. Wayne was an Electrical Engineer with Hazeltine Corporation from 1986 through 1988, where he designed and programmed digital communications systems; a Software Development Engineer with Professional Decision Making, Inc. from 1988 through 1989, where he designed software applications relating to the commercial broadcast radio industry; a Product Engineer with Standard Microsystems Corporation from 1989 through 1991, where he was involved in designing and testing of semiconductors relating to the computer industry; and a Senior Integrated Circuit Design Engineer with TLSI, Inc., a subsidiary of Telephonics Corporation, from 1991 through 1997, where he was responsible for designing and developing full custom analog integrated circuits, including precision voltage references, high-speed amplifiers, data converters and various systems employing these circuits. While attending Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center as an evening student, Wayne continued to work full time for TLSI as an engineer. Wayne has since been associated with Hoffmann & Baron on Long Island, and most recently served as in-house patent counsel for IBM Corporation, T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York. His primary areas of practice include patent and trademark prosecution, opinion work and licensing, and his practice involves various electrical and computer-related technologies, including semiconductor circuits and processing, speech recognition, audio and image processing, communications, software and Internet-related technology. Wayne is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey. Wayne is a member of the New York and American Intellectual Property Law Association, the New York Bar Association and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.  Email: wle@rml-law.com
