RICHARD J. MCPARTLAND
 

Dick received a B.S.E.E. degree in 1970 and an M.E.E. degree in 1971 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 1979 from the University of Pittsburgh. Dick was Chief Memory Architect at LSI during 2006 through 2008, Director of Business Development at MoSys Inc. from 2005 through 2006, Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff and Manager at LSI, Agere Systems, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T Bell Labs from 1978 through 2005, Research Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Research Associate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine from 1973 through 1978, and Research Associate at Yale University from 1971 through 1973. Most of Dick’s career has been devoted to semiconductor memory, integrated circuit design, device physics, semiconductor intellectual property, and medical electronics. In these areas, Dick has been awarded over 30 patents. Dick has published and presented at conferences extensively in the semiconductor and medical fields, and has served as an expert witness on technical matters.   Email: rjm@rml-law.com
