Kevin received a B.E.E.E. degree,
magna cum laude, from Manhattan College in 1988 and a J.D. degree from
St. John's University School of Law, cum laude, in 1993. Kevin was an
Electrical Engineer with Loral Electronic Systems from 1988 through 1990,
where he was involved in the design and development of automated test
equipment for radar warning systems. While at St. John's Law School,
Kevin was a member of the law review and was a patent
agent at Morgan & Finnegan. He has since been associated with Davis
Hoxie Faithfull & Hapgood in New York City and Cummings & Lockwood
in Connecticut. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Bars of Connecticut and New York, as well as a number of federal district courts.
Kevin's practice is focused primarily on patent prosecution and opinion work,
with an emphasis on electrical and computer-related technologies.
In addition, Kevin counsels clients with regard to the development, transfer
and licensing of software and other technologies. Kevin is a member of
a number of associations, including the Connecticut, New York and American
Intellectual Property Law Associations and the Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers.
