James M. Lee received a B.S. degree in biochemistry from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton in 2001 and a J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law, cum laude, in 2007. James was a Research Associate at The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR), located in Rockville, MD, where he worked on eukaryotic genome sequencing from 2001 through 2003. During law school, James served as an Articles Editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA). Additionally, James was a summer intern for the Honorable John Love in the United States District Court, Eastern District, Tyler, TX. He is admitted to the Bar of New York State and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
